They introduced the legislation, House Bill 777, Feb. 11. No hearintg has been scheduled and no other actionh has been taken onthe bill. The proposal comes as severa bidsplaced Feb. 2 have faltered. A becauss they did not includerequired up-fron t fees and financing.
