A Houston court unsealed documents relatedr to the legal complaintson Tuesday. Other companies namedc in the suitinclude , a Natick, Mass.-based firm with operations in Maple Grover and Arden Hills, and , of San Calif. Endoscopic has agreed to pay $1.4 million to settle a claik filed bythe U.S. Justicee Department. Fridley-based Medtronic said in a statement that the unsealinf of the document isa "normal step in the process set fortn in the statute for the handling of theser kinds of cases." "As with all litigatiob matters, this case will run its courswe through the judicial process, where Medtronid will file its responses and argue its the company stated.
