The indictment, announced in a Thursday release, describesd a scheme in which straw buyers boughyt homes with bogusloan applications. Anthony Carollo, a manager of Gourmet Grocerx inKansas City, allegedly had straw buyersw list his business as their employer and forwardexd fraudulent employment verification forms to Others charged in the indictmengt are Eric Rabicoff, 26, of Hutchinson; Jason 33, of Overland Park; Deborah Saulmon, 50, of Olathe; Lucasa Collier, 27, of Basehor; Bora Ly, 27, of Anthony Painton, 29, of Kansas City; Kong Ly, 29, of Kansase City; Rebecca Gelwix, 24, of West Des Iowa; and Richard Ngek, 25, of Lee’s The charges in the indictmenft carry prison terms ranging from five to 30 years.
